On its own: pure caffeine effects. Mixed with other products: perfect for bulking up these nasty powders a bit. Nice and cheap but dont expect too much if you try only this one on its own. Better to drink a nice espresso, the taste is much better and the effets are the same.

pritty mild on its own but mixed with a charge+ or white ice its a good little buzz nice on its own for an energy kick.

I really like this stuff. Yes it's true that it doesn't get you "off yer nut" like Charge for instance cos theres no secret (chemical) ingredient. This is purely a caffeine hit and perhaps slightly more. You wont really get much of an effect from it but it does deliver a nice pick me up especially after several beers or after a meal on a night out.
